Who we are
OWTWO is a creative house and agency operating at the intersection of art, business, and technology. We partner with bands and brands to shape projects from their earliest stages through production, release, and long-term growth. Acting as both creative and strategic partners, we design, build, manage, and scale work that is designed to exist, connect, and last.
The position description
As a Content Creator at OWTWO, you bring together culture, storytelling, and execution. You work closely with artists, companies, and creative teams to capture, shape, and translate ideas into content that lives across platforms and moments. From early concepts to final outputs, you are involved in the full creative process, ensuring each piece reflects the identity and direction of the project. You move naturally between formats, adapting narratives into visuals (or vice-versa), short-form, long-form, and real-time content. You stay close to what is happening, on set, backstage, online, and in culture, often on tour, turning moments into meaningful material. Your role is not only to create, but to observe, anticipate, and bring clarity to what should exist, while navigating sensitive environments with discretion and respect.
You collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and a network of trusted creatives, including photographers, designers, and editors, using the right resources at the right time to elevate each output. You organize your work, manage timelines, and contribute to ongoing campaign follow-ups. You understand the importance of rhythm, consistency, and quality, and you know how to balance speed with precision. You are comfortable working in evolving environments, following projects across the globe and taking ownership of your scope from idea to delivery. You are also at ease with AI tools, using them where relevant to support ideation, production, or optimization.
You contribute to building projects that are designed to exist, connect, and last, and you enjoy the process as much as the result.
Your mission
Here is what the role looks like in practice:
Social Media & Community Management: You understand how platforms function and evolve, and how to position content within them. You contribute to building presence and developing engaged audiences around our projects.
Content Creation & Captions: You produce content in collaboration with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and other creatives. You are comfortable creating yourself and delivering final assets, including written copy.
Branding & Storytelling: You turn ideas into clear narratives and ensure consistency across outputs. You help shape identities with strong creative judgment across formats and contexts.
Culture & Insights: You stay aware of cultural shifts, platform dynamics, and audience behaviors. You combine instinct, taste, and data to inform decisions and spot relevant opportunities.
Project Management: You organize your work with clarity, managing timelines, resources, and coordination. You take ownership, bring initiative, and help keep projects structured, aligned, and progressing.
Your profile
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or communications, ideally within music, entertainment, or a creative agency environment. You write sharp, natural copy in English. French and/or Dutch is a strong plus.
You are autonomous, reliable, and clear in the way you work. You manage your time, handle deadlines, and communicate directly when something needs attention. You take ownership of your work and follow through on what you start. You are comfortable navigating multiple projects and contexts without losing focus.
You move fast, think clearly, and know how to prioritize. You are resourceful and solution-oriented, especially in evolving or last-minute situations. You have a strong sense of what works and what doesn’t, and you maintain high standards in what you produce. You handle information, content, and environments with discretion and confidentiality.
Experience working with artists, producing your own content, or having a feel for the music landscape is a strong advantage.
